The problem

Personal to-do apps and team workflow tools rarely talk to each other, so planning ends up split across several apps.

The approach

Taskflow merges tasks, notes and planning into one flow, with an AI copilot that helps break work down. The web platform adds role-based access, real-time collaboration and productivity tracking for teams.
